WILDES PLANT HIRE LTD encompasses a huge variety of services, ranging from the hire of large-scale construction machinery to parts and service concentrated in our sister company AT Wilde & Son LTD. The Wilde family business started back in 1930’s where services provided included repairs on farm machinery and horse shoeing. Since then, and three generations down the line, the family business has moved onto machinery sales and repairs. The plant hire arm of the company was founded in 1964. The company’s motto “Personal service and commitment to the industry” is always assured, and remains the priority to this day.

WILDES PLANT HIRE LTD has continued to grow over the years, our modern hire fleet is supported by our field service engineers, a comprehensive workshop and Plant Delivery Vehicles. The Plant Hire Fleet is regularly updated and expanded to include the most modern equipment available to meet all of our customers’ requirements. We provide a friendly service to a huge variety of construction projects, including local and national construction companies, utilities, house building, landscaping, agriculture and local authority projects.
